Jack Lambert's Personal Steelers Alumni Golf Ball Sets (2)
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Displayed is an unusual offering that combines pro football, specifically the Pittsburgh Steelers, with golf - in the form of souvenir golf balls named for many of the Pittsburgh Steelers Hall of Fame players. Each of the two collections is housed in an attractive wooden case measuring 8x10x2.75". Hall of Famer Jack Lambert has signed each box, using a black marker, as "Jack Lambert HOF '90". The first box is entitled "PNC Bank/Ray Mansfield Memorial Golf Classic - Diamond Run - September 28, 1998. The box contains golf balls imprinted with the names of 12 players and featuring each player's number and his simulated signature. The following golf balls are included in the first box: Art Rooney (owner); #35 Bill Dudley '64; #70 Erie Stautner '69; #75 Joe Greene ;87; #16 Len Dawson '87; #59 Jack Ham '88; #47 Mel Blount '89; #12 Terry Bradshaw '89; #32 Franco Harris '90; #68 Jack Lambert '90; Chuck Noll (coach); Ray Mansfield. Box #2 is entitled 2004 Steelers Alumni Golf. This box features Pittsburgh Steeler Hall of Famers with each ball also has the player's number and his simulated signature. Players included are: #12 Terry Bradshaw; #26 Rod Woodson; #32 Franco Harris; #36 Jerome Butts; #47 Mel Blount; #59 Jack Ham; #63 Dermontti Dawson; #75 Joe Greene; #82 J. Stallworth; #88 Lynn Swann; and #58 Jack Lambert. This box contains nine Hall of Famers and three future Hall of Famers. These two boxes are </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">from Jack Lambert's personal collection. These were his, and he has signed the wooden cases. Both boxes of golf balls are complete and in NRMT condition.</span></p>
