Jim Tunney Game Worn NFL Official's Uniform
The LOA says it all. "I, Jim Tunney, was an NFL official for 31 years (1960-1991). During my tenure as an official, I received 29 postseason assignments, including 10 Championship games and 3 Super Bowls (VI, XI, and XII). I am recognized in the Professional Football Hall of Fame because of my 31 years of service as a game official and I was the recipient of the NASO Gold Whistle Award in 1992." The LOA is signed by Tunney and dated 2004. Wilson Size 48 shirt and Powers Mfg. Co. Size 36 pants show significant wear, possibly over several seasons. Jersey is signed on the back in black sharpie on the number "32."
