Jimmy Carter Pen That Signed Panama Canal Act
As President, Jimmy Carter in a letter presents to the head of Panama Canal Subcommittee, the pen used to sign into law the Panama Canal Act of 1979 with his name and “The White House. He gave it to him for “his crucial role in this landmark legislation”. The pen comes with a gold metal and green presentation case with his facsimile signature and the seal of the presidency.
