Joe DiMaggio, Bob Feller & New York Yankees "Boudoir" Photographs (3)

Joe DiMaggio, Bob Feller & New York Yankees "Boudoir" Photographs (3)

Joe DiMaggio. Bob Feller and five other players leave very little to the imagination in these three graphic photos that were likely snapped in the Yankees' visiting locker room during the late 1930s, giving folks a rare peek. Shown in all his glory basking in the showers of Yankee Stadium, The young and normally very shy Yankee Clipper was obviously aware of being photographed in such a state, yet he is seen smiling, quite uncharacteristically for the camera in this framed 8" x 10". Fellow Hall of Famer Bob Feller also flashes a huge grin - as well as something else - in a similar shower scene 8" x 10". The third shot features five Yankees teammates going Full Monty, pumping fists and smiling in the same shower room. We are not sure of the provenance of these photographs, but they are all 100% authentic, first generation and vintage. We are covering their private parts as we consider boudoir photography and its historical legitimacy to be a relevant art form. No copyrights are assigned nor implied therein. The original sale of these by Leland's in 2011 for over $22,000 made national news.
