Joe Louis' Personal Ticket to the 1946 Louis-Mauriello Bout (PSA)
Joe Louis' personal ticket imprinted "1 BOXER" right on it! This came directly from Joe's personal manager Marshall Miles. A pioneering African businessman, Miles managed Louis at the end of his career and remained his confidante and business advisor until Louis' death. The ticket has some pieces of cellophane at each corner where the ticket was evidently placed into an album. Otherwise, the ticket is in excellent condition. These "1 BOXER" tickets are nearly impossible to find, let alone from a fighter as great as the Brown Bomber.NOTE: Joe Louis' watch from Miles is also in this sale.
