John Heisman Hand-Drawn Football Play
Straight from the hand of a master, these football plays illustrated on hotel stationery come directly from John Heisman's family. The Hall of Fame coach, who led his clubs to an astounding 186 victories over his legendary career, designed one play on the front and two more on the back, which are penned in blue and black ink and are elegant in their simplicity. The crest and address from Houston's Warwick Hotel are clearly visible on the top of the front of the stationery, which measures roughly 6" x 7" and is in VG condition with only a few folds and a chip on the top edge. A true treasure!
