John McEnroe Signed Match Worn Shirt & Shorts Attributed to 2006 Champions Cup Naples Tournament (PSA)

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">'You cannot be serious!" screamed John McEnroe during his famous rant at the chair umpire at Wimbledon in 1981. But, yes, we are serious. Offered is not a double fault, but instead a John McEnroe double ace: a signed match worn shirt and a signed match worn pair of shorts attributed to the 2006 Champions Cup Naples Tournament. These items were not worn during the same match, but they were both worn by McEnroe during the tournament. As in the 2006 Champions Cup Naples tournament, McEnroe is still active in ATP senior events. He was formerly the Number 1 ranked player in the world, and he won 77 singles titles and 78 doubles titles, more than any other man in the Open Era. The former Davis Cup captain is in the International Tennis Hall of Fame. The white shirt has a "Nike" tag in the collar with an "M" for medium size. The short-sleeved shirt has brown buttons and black piping. There is a small "Nike" swoosh on the left chest. The autograph, in red marker, reads, "Good Luck! John McEnroe". The short pants are tagged on the inside back waistband with: "Dri-Fit" and "M Thailand". The tennis shorts have extra-large pockets, to keep tennis balls, and the shorts have a draw string. The back inside waistband also is tagged: "100% Polyester". "Dri-Fit M" is on a tag on the back right. A "Nike" swoosh is on the front lower left. There are loose threads in the right shorts pocket, probably from when the left-handed hitting McEnroe was taking tennis balls in-and-out with his right (toss) hand prior to serving. The trunks and shirt both show light use. The red marker signature on the front left of the shorts reads, "Good Luck! John McEnroe". By taking possession of these John McEnroe items, you CAN be serious. PSA LOA for each signature.</span></p>
