John Montgomery Ward Resolution Adopted by the National League of Professional Baseball

John Montgomery Ward, National Hall of Famer, is often credited for developing the first curve ball. This is the resolution which states that Ward passed away on July 15, 1925. It is written in black ink, and the "J", "M", and "W" in his name are painted in gold and purple ink. Resolution says that Ward "...was honorably and prominently connected with the National League..." Entire page opened measures appx. 12x18" but resolution is written on half of the paper, which is folded and reads vertically.
