Kyler Murray Snickers "Hungriest Player of the Year" Gold Chain by Ben Baller
<p style="font-size: 13.3333px;">Displayed is an absolutely beautiful chain and charm with an absolutely beautiful story behind them. It is all custom work done by Ben Baller, the Los Angeles bases jeweler - a former college athlete revered in hip-hop circles and beyond and into every genre of celebrity - as "The Jewelry Maker of the Stars". The chain was gifted to Arizona Cardinals' quarterback Kyler Murray as the second annual Snickers "Hungriest Player of the Year". Each week for 14 weeks of the 2020 season, Snickers passed the stunning diamond encrusted award to that week's winner. Murray won in Week 10 when he threw a 43-yard touchdown pass to DeAndre Hopkins with 0:02 remaining in the game, and that miraculous pass that went into the end zone, beating three Bills' defenders, enabling his Arizona Cardinals to defeat the Buffalo Bills 32-30. That pass has become known as "The Hail Murray". Later, Murray was selected as the winner of the award for the season, and he received permanent possession of the chain. Here's the beautiful part of the story: Valued at over $60,000, the chain was donated by Kyler so the proceeds could benefit heroes on the frontlines in Arizona, including nurses and other essential workers. Now, be prepared to be totally dazzled. This amazing chain contains an astounding 2,374 "pieces". The assorted round, brilliant cut diamonds total 12.83 carats in weight (avg. quality: VS2 clarity grade; H color grade). The assorted round, brilliant blue sapphires total 10.10 carats in weight. The assorted round, brilliant red rubies total 8.05 carats in weight. What's offered is actually the chain and its brilliant charm. 1) The Cuban links chain is 28" long, 15mm wide, and weighs 402.7 grams. The chain has a Snickers "S" that features 45 diamonds, along with blue sapphires and red rubies 2) The "Hungry" charm is 10k yellow gold and is attached to another Snickers "S", with a combined weight of appx. 128 grams. The "Hungry" charm itself features more than 2,000 diamonds, rubies and sapphires, with two minuscule rubies missing from the left edge. Engraved in back of the charm is "#BENBALLERDIDTHECHAIN". This opulence even comes in its original Snickers box. Back to the beautiful part - the collector who obtains the chain through this auction will not only help Kyler Murray to aid Arizona's frontline workers, but also obtain possession of this beautiful, valuable chain and a story to go with it. </p>
