Larry Holmes Fight Worn Ensemble (vs. Maurice Harris)
On July 29, 1997 former heavyweight champion Larry Holmes fought tough Maurice Harris at Madison Square Garden. Holmes won a close ten round split decision. Offered here are the robe, trunks, gloves and shoes worn by Holmes in this fight along with a poster, and tee shirt from the fight. Also included in this lot are training shoes of Holmes used in 1988. The robe and trunks are white satin with red trin with an Everlast label. The white shoes and red gloves are also made by Everlast. The training shoes are made by PONY. Each item is signed and dated by Larry Holmes. LOA from Larry Holmes on his letterhead. Poster and tee shirt are VG.
