Late 1930s Charlie Gehringer Game Used Personally Inscribed H&B Bat

Late 1930s Charlie Gehringer Game Used Personally Inscribed H&B Bat

A Hall of Famer who played all of his 19 years with the Tigers in Detroit, Charlie Gehringer game used this pro model Hillerich and Bradsby bat from circa late 1930s. Immaculately signed and personally inscribed, "Best Wishes to Gerald & Ronald," at first glance it is hard to tell his Chas. Gehringer engraved signature on the barrel from the penned one just inches away. Measuring a hefty 36" and 37oz., the bat is uncracked and shows light to moderate use. Gerhringer batted .371 in his MVP 1937 season, and this bat may well have been part of that prolific production. Comes with full PSA/DNA LOA for the signature.
