Late 1960's Sam Jones Boston Celtics Game Used Jersey
Owner of ten NBA Championship rings, not to mention the sweetest bank shot of his era, "Mr. Clutch" is considered one of the greatest Celtic legends of all-time. Uncertain he would even make the team as a rookie out of North Carolina Central, Sam's work ethic and hustle soon made Red Auerback into his biggest fan. In the dozen years that followed he came through time and time again, elevating his game to a higher level when his team and the city of Boston needed him most. "Celtics" arches across the chest of his well used, green road jersey above his number "24", both in white tackle twill. "24" again appears on the reverse and on the tail can be found the "Wilson [size] 42" tagging. Finished off with his black sharpie signature and "HOF 83" inscription and personal letter of authenticity. A piece of Celtic's and NBA history worthy of only the best collections.
