Late Teens/Early Twenties Penn State Basketball Jersey
Though it will always take a back seat to football in Happy Valley, basketball at Penn State has had its fair share of success dating back to 1897. This navy blue and white wool jersey from the "Dutch" Hermann coaching era displays a #6 on the front and back, "O'Shea Knitting Mills Patented Oct 10th '16" label in the collar, and small 36 tag sewn into the crotch piece, which is probably the size. It's rare to find college basketball jerseys from this era, and this one is in EX condition with some white thread fraying around the letters and numbers.
