LeRoy Neiman Actual Chair from His Studio with His Paints and Brushes
Where the magic happened, along with the tools of the trade. This chair actually came from the studio of the great LeRoy Neiman. It was the main chair in which he performed his art, and has great wear including paint spatters to prove it. Gifted to our consignor, Neiman humorously inscribed the seat, "For Lou's Ass - From LeRoy," and he also added a full signature with "2010" on the front. The padded, beige, wheeled chair has some gaps in the leather with padding showing on the left arm and top right back, only adding to its charm. Also included are framed, signed paint brushes, tubes and cans, a colorful collection from the mustachioed marvel.
