LeRoy Neiman Original Drawing of Bert Sugar
Hall of Fame boxing writer and historian Bert Sugar is the subject of this diminutive work in black marker that is titled in Neiman's hand: "Bert Sugar at at The Folk Art Museum" and dated "Nov. 28, '02." On the right side of the caricature, the words: "As viewed from 6 ft." The renowned artist, who authored 80 books, signed the 5" x 4.5" paper in 10/10 ink on the side: "By LeRoy Neiman." NRMT condition.
