Les Paul Personally Owned 1968 Autographed Guitar
Twenty years ago our consignor answered his doorbell in response to a classified ad he had placed to sell his 1939 Gibson. To his amazement, Les Paul was standing on his doorstep! He stopped by to check out the instrument that was in the ad. Shortly thereafter he traded that 1939 Gibson to Les at his New Jersey home for this 1968 (338) Gibson. It is a factory second with slight blemish and routing under pickups. It is nicely signed “To Bill - Enjoy The Box, Les Paul.” Les Paul signed COA with photos of both guitars.
