Los Angeles Dodgers 5-Year Service Award Tie Tack
Offered is a tie-tack pin that was given as a service award to Los Angeles Dodgers employees who have been with the organization for five years. The tie-tack is in the shape of a baseball diamond with the Dodgers logo imprinted in the middle of the diamond. The pin is stamped on the back by Balfour. The tie-tack pin is gold filled. The pin comes in an original box, measuring 2.25x2x1.25". The box is within a small, cardboard wrapping that reads "LA DODGERS/5 YR EMBLEM/HR-98180 00," which is also found stamped on the back of the tie-tack. The year that the tie-tack was given and the Dodger employee to whom it was conveyed are unknown. The tie-tack is an unusual collectible, and it is in excellent condition.
