This item was given out on Old Timers Day and measures 9" in diameter. It reads, going around the rim, "Old Timers Day, Yankee Stadium, In Memory of Lou Gehrig, Native New Yorker, Played in the Year of the 300th Anniversary of the City of New York, August 22nd, 1953." A Yankees emblem is carved into the bottom, as well as an image of Lou Gehrig on top.
