Two heavy hitters are on display here as famed sports artist LeRoy Neiman captures slugger Mark McGwire connecting on one of his famous home runs. Flush with vibrant color and active brushstrokes, this piece is signed in pencil at the bottom by both giants in their respective fields. It is numbered 313 of 509, measures 44.75" x 59.25" in its frame and is in NRMT condition. McGwire blasted 583 home runs over his 16-year playing career with the Oakland A's and St. Louis Cardinals, although his numbers are seen in a much different light since his admission of using performance-enhancing drugs. This past season, he served as hitting coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
