A hitter and a speedster, Max Carey spent two full decades tearing up the National League, leading the circuit in stolen bases 10 times. The Hall of Fame outfielder signed the side panel of this official Home Run League baseball that shows light shellack. It is inscribed: "Pirates, Dodgers, Hall of Fame 1961" and the signature grade is 9/10. There are several signature removals but they do not affect display quality.
