Mickey Mantle's Personal Photo Collection
This is not your typical Mickey Mantle photo collection. All of the photos here were at one time in The Mick's personal archive. They were obtained directly from Mickey by our consignor who was a close personal acquaintance. Over 70 images picture the great Mantle on the field and at leisure. Both color and black and white original prints range in size from snapshots to 16x20". Most are snapshots and 8x10's. Includes photos of Mickey on the golf course, at Mayors trophy game in New York (1968), announcing his retirement, with Musial, hitting homers, at his Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, with Stengel, in tears at Mickey Mantle Day (1969), and so much more. Best of the collection is a framed 16x20" color photo of Mickey and Joe D. at Yankee Stadium Old Timers Day which hung somewhere special.
