Mickey Mantle Limited Edition Bronze and Signed Plaque
This bronze plaque is the first we have handled of Mantle, and is a nice (and heavy!) piece of work by Rufo. Bronze disc measures 13" in diameter, and is secured onto a 15 x 18" wooden base. It reads, "Mickey Mantle 7, Rufo 5/97" on the bronze, and says "Mickey Mantle 231/536" on the bottom. The second piece is an 8 x 10" photo framed to 18 1/2 x 22 1/2". It is beautifully matted and labeled on the bottom with, "Mickey Mantle #7, New York Yankees." The left corner holds an American League pin, while the right corner has a Yankees pin secured to it.
