Original player's number 36 on front back and both sleeves. King O'Shea size 46 and Blepp-Coombs tags in the crotch piece. Fantastic use with at least 8 team repairs. A name plate was added for pre-season use following the year that it was used in regular season games. Name on the back is "Engel" who never played during the regular season.
