Mid-1980s Reggie Jackson California Angels Signed Game Worn Jersey
Tremendous use shown in this signed mid-1980s Reggie Jackson California Angels jersey. Pullover top is road gray with Goodman & Sons size 48 tag on left front tail. Angels is stitched across the chest in individual red-on-blue lettering, with the "A" sporting a yellow halo. Jackson's iconic number 44 is below to the left as well as on back, which is below his name in the same styled individually-stitched letters. State of California/Halo logo patch is sewn on left sleeve. Reggie has signed along with his number in 7/10 black Sharpie below the Halo A on front, and completing the look is a prominent stain that runs across the front, in what looks to be a combination of dirt, sweat, and possibly pine tar. After making his name as the anchor of the dominant Oakland A's teams of the early 1970s, Jackson played for the Baltimore Orioles and New York Yankees before his 5-year tenure with the Angels; he would play his final season, back in Oakland, in 1987 before earning induction into the Hall of Fame.
