Millard Fillmore Document
Original handwritten letter by President Millard Fillmore in black fountain ink on light blue writing paper dated November 12, 1851. The letter was written as a thank you to a friend and discusses an appointment to the Agriculture Bureau. Singed, "Truly yours, Millard Fillmore", the signature rates a "9" out of a possible 10. The letter is matted along with a 7" X 5 1/2" print of Fillmore in a handsome frame. The letter shows some original folds but is NRMT.
