Milwaukee Braves Usher's Jacket

Milwaukee Braves Usher's Jacket

Back when Hank Aaron was a young slugger and Warren Spahn was tossing shutouts with regularity, the Milwaukee Braves ushers at County Stadium sported snazzy red jackets such as this 42 Regular model. It bears an Indian profile patch on the left chest with the outlines stitched in yellow and the number “214” stitched in blue. The interior is lined with black satin and feature labels from Ben M. Rabenn on the inside breast and collar. Four gold-plated buttons adorn the front, each of which has a fancy raised "M." The jacket shows light wear and is a great throwback to a time when well-dressed ushers were conspicuous throughout major league stadiums.
