MINT 19th Century Pair of Ladies Golf Shoes
An amazing piece of sports goods memorabilia. They are brand new! Stylish and functional, this pair of 19th century ladies boots did not emerge from the fashion shows in Paris. These are golf shoes (MINT) that would have been equally at home on the links or back at the clubhouse (maybe not -- women were barred from there). Two-tone saddle leather with slightly raised cleats on the leather sole has its original laces and the green C.B. Slater manufacturer's label on the inside hightop. For the time, these shoes were on a par with any golf wear. For golf historian or any equipment collector, this is the pair to snag.
