Mitt Used To Catch Noln Ryan's 2nd No-Hitter
Ryan was in the zone in '73. He hurled two no-hitters, struck out a record 383 batters and posted 2.87 ERA in 39 starts. We offer the very mitt used by Angels catcher Art Kusnyer during the second of those two near perfect performances. The Wilson Professional Model 1592 shows world class use collected over the course of his six year career with soft supple leather and a well oiled palm. On the outer thumb is written “21” in black marker with an additional “K” on the webbing. Comes with a LOA from Kusnyer humself on Chicago White Sox letterhead.
