Near Complete Run of Hall of Fame Brown Bats (68)
Each year, the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY, issues a series of items in commemoration of that year's class of inductees, as well as other special events. This is a rare opportunity to own nearly ever year of the brown souvenir baseball bat created for the annual class. It includes a run from 1936 to 2011, and only two years of issue are missing -1958 and 1960. Each bat contains the date of induction, engraved signatures of all of the honorees, as well as the number in the series of each year's limited edition. The numbers on the bats vary. Overall these items are in NRMT condition. Update: The bats that are missing, 1958 and 1960, are because there were no hall of fame inductees those years, and thus no bats were produced.
