New York Highlanders Team at Spring Training Photograph (PSA Type I)
Early 1910s team photo of the New York Highlanders, eventually to be officially known as the Yankees. Large crease across the top left of the 4.5x6.5" gem, with pencil writing on back and stamp from Brown Brothers, the industry standard for photo collections starting in the early 1900s. By the 1910s, the team was already unofficially referred to as the Yankees before the nickname was officially changed in 1913. PSA encapsulated as Type I Authentic.
