Night Game at Wrigley Field in Los Angeles (1930)
The Los Angeles Wrigley Field was built to resemble Spanish-style architecture and a somewhat scaled-down version of the Chicago ballpark (known then as Cubs Park). It was also the first to bear Wrigley's name, as the Chicago park was named for Wrigley over a year after the L.A. park's opening. This 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" photo depicts a 1930 night game at the field which was the home of the PCL LA Angels.
