One of The Finest Charlie Chaplin Signed Pieces on Earth
The man who immortalized "The Tramp" is resplendent in this genuine photo postcard from his first full-length film, 1921's smash hit "The Kid." The postcard was created by J. Bengals & Company of London and shows Chaplin behind film sidekick Jackie Coogan. It is in practically flawless condition. You will never see another color signed photo of Chaplin from this era. It is posted and un-addressed, measuring 5.5" x 3.5". This was recently unearthed in a theater shop in London from old stock (est. 1967). This is quite simply the best Chaplin signed piece we have ever seen. Inspected by British Chaplin expert David Robinson.
