One of the First Aaron Hernandez Letters from Prison (PSA & SGC)
This handwritten letter came from fallen football star Aaron Hernandez 13 days after he was arrested on June 26, 2013. Dated Mon. July 8, 2013, and penned in blue ink on 8.5x14" paper, the bottom of the first page includes the note, "Please keep this private & off social media cuz they will make it into a huge thing positive or negative you never know!" The person who originally wrote to Hernandez also sent him a bible and the whole first page of his answer relates to Jesus Christ and Hernandez's faith, and he adds "Thank you for the gift & letter & you were the 1st person of 100's to write back!" Signed on back by Hernandez, it comes with original mailing envelope from the Bristol County Sheriff's Office, and the envelope will be included, but with the recipient's name and address cut out for confidentiality purposes, and the name on the letter will be kept confidential as well. TMZ bought an Aaron Hernandez letter for $18,000, a testament to the allure of the sad episode which featured the NFL star's arrest and conviction on murder charges, ultimately concluding with his suicide while in prison.
