Original Brooklyn Dodgers Ebbets Field Brick

Original Brooklyn Dodgers Ebbets Field Brick

Home to the Brooklyn Dodgers for 45 years, Ebbets Field fell into disrepair after the team moved to Los Angeles following the 1957 season. It was then demolished in the 1960s. This brick was salvaged from the demolition site and has "Ebbets Field 1913-1957" stenciled in red on one side and light gold paint on the other. The top of the brick has an illegible Imprint. This is not the typical red clay brick customarily found. Legendary players like Jackie Robinson, Pee Wee Reese, Duke Snider and a young Sandy Koufax called Ebbets Field home. Great nostalgia surrounds this grand old ballpark, and with this brick you can own a part of its history.
