These notes were issued by the Confederacy during the Civil War, circa 1864. Each reads "Confederate States of America" on the front. The $50 note bears the image of Jefferson Davis, the only president of the Confederacy during the American Civil War and the man who became a symbol of the lost cause of the Confederacy. The $100 note features Lucy Pickens and Confederate cabinet member George Randolph. Condition is NRMT.
