Pete Maravich Signed Checks (4)
Widely considered the greatest creative talent in basketball history, Maravich was known for never making the same move twice. He could mesmerize with ball-handling worthy of the Harlem Globetrotters, confound with no-look passes worthy of Bob Cousy and sink fall away jumpers with defenders draped over him worthy of, (dare one say it?) Michael Jordan. This lot of four checks signed by “Pistol” Pete includes a Letter of Authenticity from his widow Jackie. The signatures are 10/10 and the checks are in nearly pristine condition, as if they had just been returned from the bank. Two are from 1984 and two from 1986.
