Baseball pariah Pete Rose only signed about a dozen baseballs in this distinctive way, listing his many achievements such as: "ALL-TIME HIT LEADER #4256," "1963 N.L. R.O.Y.," "17 ALL-STAR GAMES 1963-1986," "44-GAME HITTNG STREAK," "1973 NL MVP," "1975 W.S. MVP" "N.L. BATTING CHAMP 1968-69 + 1973" and "W.S. CHAMPION 1975-76 + 1980." The official National League (Coleman) ball is EX-MT and all the wording is printed in Rose's own hand, along with his signature: "Pete Rose, Charlie Hustle." The writing and signature are in 8/10 blue ballpoint pen.
