Phil Neikro Game Used Glove from 1985, Autographed
This well-worn glove was used by Hall of Fame knuckleballer Phil Niekro during his 1985 season with the Yankees, the year Niekro won his 300th career game. It is possible he wore the mitt when he won that historic game. Wilson glove shows great game use and has Niekro's #35 written in black ink in two places. "The A2000" is stamped on the back of the glove and "1738" is stamped inside. This glove was purchased directly from Niekro and was signed by the knuckleballer in clean black sharpie "Phil Niekro, H.O.F.-97". The signature rates a "9" out of a possible 10. Emory board not included.
