Fran Tarkenton was one of the Quarterbacks that gave the fledgling National Football League credibility, even in his rookie year with the Minnesota Vikings, he was able to defeat the American Leagues' mighty Chicago Cubs. These photos date from early in the QB's career, including a shot of him at the University of Georgia. The images range in size from 5 x 10" to 8 x 10" and the quality is G to VG with some photos having wrinkling and creasing, primarily around the edges.
