Portfolio of Original Drawings by Mike Petronella - Direct from His Personal Collection (9)
This offering of nine original drawings by renowned sports artist Mike Petronella comes from his personal collection. His works have been published on magazine covers, sports plates, lithographs and many other platforms. Each is either drawn in watercolor or pencil ranging from 11x17" to 15x19". Included are Muhammad Ali, Lawrence Taylor, Mark Bavaro (2) and New York Giants Super Bowl Champions. Also included are non-sport icons including Bruce Springsteen, Miles Davis, Bill Clinton and Donald Trump. The Bavaro "Say it Ain't So Mark" drawing was used in a 1991 edition of Giants Extra. The other Bavaro piece was used as the cover photo for the 1989 NY Giants Media Guide. Giants Super Bowl drawing was the cover photo of a 1992 edition of Giants Extra. All are signed by Petronella himself.
