President George Washington Signed Address Overleaf

Addressed panel directed to "His Excellency Governor Livingston, State of New Jersey." Governor Livingston is William Livingston, delegate to the Constitutional Convention in 1787, signer of the Constitution, and first governor of New Jersey from 1776-1790. The signed panel is 3.5 x 6.5'', the entire page being 7.5 x 13.5''. Archival repair to the folds for preservation and protection, and some minor stains. Signature is bold and in fine condition.
