President James Monroe Signed Document (1821)
Notes: Document signed as president, one page, 15.5 x 10”, October 5, 1821. Monroe grants eighty acres of land in Ohio to Peter Van Lickle. The document is signed at the bottom by Monroe, as well as by the Commissioner of the General Land Office. <br><br>Condition: Signature is a “7/8” on scale of 1-10. Several fold lines including one heavy vertical fold in the center. Some minor toning and chipping on the edges.
