President Jimmy Carter Signed Photograph to Staff Member
This 8 x 10" photograph of Jimmy carter standing at a podium with various staff members behind him is dated 1980. The photograph is dedicated "With best wishes to Steve Lynch" a staff member and is signed in black felt tip pen by the 39th President of the United States at the very end of his presidency. The stamping on the back states that it is an Official White House photograph. The image and signature is in EX condition
