Signed by Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush, this invitation to the 1981 Inaugural Gala is an important piece of American history. The NM, high-grade invite commemorates Reagan and Bush's landslide victory over the incumbent Jimmy Carter, with the 489-49 tally marking the largest ever number of electoral votes won by a non-incumbent president. Indeed, only six states and the District of Columbia voted against the Reagan/Bush ticket. The cream invite features a raised gold emblem and is signed by Reagan along with "Best Wishes George Bush."
