Pristine 2006 "If I Did It" First Edition by OJ Simpson
It is still considered "The Trial of the Century" - the defense of football legend OJ Simpson in the gruesome murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. This is an incredibly rare First Edition of the hardcover book, "If I Did It," purportedly written by Simpson (actually ghostwritten by Pablo Fenjves). The book describes a hypothetical account of the murders in 228 razor-sharp pages, with a few small scratches visible to only reflective light on dust jacket, otherwise MINT condition. Originally announced in November 2006, only 400,000 copies were printed but the actual release was canceled following a public backlash, and the books were recalled and virtually all destroyed. Only a small few are known to exist. Once again the subject of news, Simpson was granted parole in his recent hearing on July 20th and eligible for release on October 1st. This book has been held in private hands since it's printing in 2006 and has seen the light of day just a handful of times.
