Ralph Guldahl was, for a handful of years in the mid to late 1930's, one of the best golfers in the world. He did not win again after 1940 and retired from tournament golf. Here are (2) fine images of Guldahl from the twilight of those golden years alongside the legendary Byron Nelson including: A pow wow on the green at Pomonok CC just before the PGA championship in 1939 (NM+ with original caption sheet affixed to verso); A serious locker room conference with Nelson in 1941(NM+). Both measure 8x10.
