Rare 1910 Jack Johnson vs. James Jeffries Promotional Ticket
This item is a promotional ticket for the 1910 Jack Johnson vs. James Jeffries bout, created by Frank J. Offerman's Printing Company. The ticket specifically says "This ticket is not good for the contest of Jeffries vs. Johnson", and was instead used for advertising and promotion for both the fight and Offerman's company. This is the first one we have ever seen. The upper left corner of the 2.75x7" ticket has a chip and the top right has a crease, but the item is otherwise VG. A fantastic piece of sports and advertising memorabilia.
