Rare 1950s Jackie Robinson Pennant
Rare 1950s Jackie Robinson pennant dating from the 1950s. This is just the third example of this pennant we have ever offered and we have seen just a few others at auction in the past twenty years. The attractive design features a likeness of Robinson in uniform as he stands on the steps of the dugout. He is identified by name to the right of his image. "Brooklyn Dodgers" is lettered in white along the length of the red felt pennant. Complete with its original tassels. The pennant (25.5") displays light crazing to the painted graphics and is in overall Excellent to Mint condition. An outstanding example of this seldom-seen Robinson piece.
