Resplendent 19th Century Pairpoint Baseball Trophy
Unparalleled silver plate trophy made by one of the finest silver-smiths of all. Bulbous top has a gorgeous engraved image of crossed bats and a baseball with dynamic filigree pattern surround-ing. Flares down to base below with figural crossed bats and a baseball enjoined by classic laurel wreath. Bottom is marked, "Pairpoint, Quadruple Silver Plate." One of the nicer trophies you will see. 10.5" tall. EX-MT and unre-stored in the original silver.
