Richard Nixon's Presedential Seal Ring

Richard Nixon's Presedential Seal Ring

This handsome ring once graced the hand of the nation's 37th president, Richard M. Nixon upon his inauguration in January of 1969. The heavy, 14k ring bears the Seal of the President of the United States and comes with an LOA from the wife of Jackie Gleason, who was gifted the ring by Nixon in 1970. Nixon won a second term in 1972 but due to the Watergate conspiracy, resigned his office in 1974, the only president ever to do so. Nixon had previously served as a US representative and senator from California before ascending to Commander in Chief. The ring comes in its original box.
